The objective of the partnership’s is to build capacity within the TAMCC with the understanding that new standards of leadership, governance, faculty development, student experience, curriculum review and, operations are expected to be normative and sustainable on the strength of internal resources following the development period.

The T. A. Marryshow Community College (TAMCC) Transformation in Partnership with Gov. of Grenada/McMaster University/PETNA Foundation seeks to build capacity and resources with a view to developing the T.A. Marryshow Community College (TAMCC) on a self-sustaining basis into the top educational institution of its type in the Caribbean. The core components of the transformation project are related to leadership restructuring, building capacity and teaching skills with faculty, curriculum, quality assurance, student engagement, and the development of a learning commons at TAMCC.

The project will develop capacity, structures, plans, skills and resources that will enable TAMCC to sustain an enhanced teaching learning environment far beyond the conclusion of the project. It will entail leaders training, faculty training; on-site at TAMCC and McMaster-based, student partners, and teaching and leadership awards.
