Champions for Change

Mandate:

i.                     Be engaged

ii.                   Have a sense of urgency about the change

iii.                  Openly support implementation of change initiative

iv.                 Enable the involvement of credible and influential individuals in their area who can persuade their colleagues of the need to change.

v.                   Develop change champion network

vi.                 Provide a positive role model in demonstrating commitment to the change initiative

vii.                Be the central point of contact for the area you lead for related communication and actions.

viii.              Present change initiative updates to faculty and staff

 

ix.                 Obtain feedback from the faculty/staff/students
